Access to the website and server logs
When you access the website, the server may record IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, user agent and technical connection data. This is used to deliver the website, detect misuse and maintain security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Actual log fields depend on the server configuration.

Bug reports and feature requests
For submitted reports we store report type, subject, description and optional software version and email address, together with creation and update times, locally in SQLite. We use these data to process feedback and, when an address is supplied, to respond (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; Article 6(1)(b) may apply where a contractual enquiry is involved). Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal data. Providing an email address is optional. A shortened-lived rate-limit identifier derived from the IP address is used to prevent abuse.

Technically necessary cookies and sessions
Laravel uses a session and CSRF protection to maintain the selected language and to securely process forms. This is technically necessary for the requested site functions (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG); personal data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. There is no advertising or tracking consent management in the supplied website code. A cookie banner is not required solely for these technically necessary functions.

CPS is offered in free and paid editions. This website currently processes feedback and technical usage data. If checkout is offered through this website or an external payment provider, the actual order, payment and invoicing data, recipients, legal bases and retention periods must be documented before activation.

Whether data are transferred outside the EU/EEA depends on the actual hosting and any further integrations and must be verified before publication.
